Follow the route between everyday activities
Explain whether arrival is through a front lobby, exterior steps, or garage, and which floors are included. A kitchen-and-bathroom priority visit may differ substantially from a whole-home request with stairs and bedrooms. If children, pets, or outdoor activity make a particular entry important, name the route and the floor materials. Do not assume the same task list suits every home with a similar bedroom count.
Keep transitions between occupants orderly
For move-out or move-in cleaning, establish empty-room timing, access authorization, appliance interiors, and possession or key-handover arrangements. A request during furnishing or renovation should explain which work remains active. Cleaning cannot guarantee a deposit or inspection result. Agree on the surfaces to be attended to and the records available at completion. Bulky items and hazardous household products need appropriate disposal arrangements, rather than being left in shared waste areas.
Choose recurring scope and detail rotations
A recurring core can focus on the rooms that are used most, while interior windows, empty cupboards, or selected detailed kitchen work are separately planned. Share product preferences and known care information, including counters and coated fixtures. Confirm any building rules, parking restrictions, and equipment route before attendance. Send cleaninghouses.ca the community, property type, included rooms, and preferred timing. Availability is checked for each address, and the provider confirms the practical service and terms before the visit.
Before requesting a quote
- State entrance, levels, and principal rooms.
- Identify the busiest entry-floor route.
- Coordinate movers and possession timing.
- Request interiors and window detail explicitly.
- Confirm waste, parking, and building arrangements.
