Count the spaces that are actually included
List bathrooms, kitchens or kitchenettes, occupied bedrooms, stairs, and any separately accessed rooms. If the home has more than one household or an independently occupied area, confirm permission and the boundaries of the request. A single street address does not automatically establish access to every room. Explain whether the visit is recurring, a deeper reset, or an empty-home handover.
Set priorities around household activity
Describe the surfaces that receive the most use and the detail work that has accumulated. For a time-limited visit, choose the order rather than leaving every room equally urgent. State product and fragrance preferences, pet arrangements, and any room needed for work or rest during attendance. These are individual household choices; they should be recorded directly rather than inferred from the community or type of property.
Plan entry, parking, and handover
Tell the provider which door to use, where a vehicle may lawfully stop or park, and whether building or shared-development rules apply. Townhomes and condo requests may need visitor or common-area coordination. For a move, establish when possessions leave, which cupboard and appliance interiors are requested, and who handles bulky waste. Send the property type, requested tasks, and preferred window to cleaninghouses.ca. Availability and the suitable service are confirmed for the precise address before a visit is agreed.
