Identify the laundry machine
Confirm front-load or top-load construction, the exact model and accessible care points. Samsung’s Canadian guidance notes that drawer removal and cleaning features vary by model. The actual manual should govern the scope. Empty the drum and identify fragile or damaged seals before the cleaning process is agreed.
Choose the permitted components
List door glass, accessible gasket folds, detergent drawer and any approved tub-clean cycle. Internal mould remediation, dismantling pumps or cabinets and electrical repair are not included by default. Any draining or filter task needs an expressly suitable model-specific arrangement. Product selection should account for existing residues instead of mixing several chemicals.
Keep the handover honest
Reconcile user-removable parts and record whether a cycle is complete or still needs the owner’s agreed follow-through. Persistent odour, leaks or recurring contamination can need appliance or moisture assessment. Cleaning does not guarantee allergen removal or restore a failing machine. The household should receive a simple record of the areas cleaned and the care guidance relevant to its model.

A few helpful answers.
Does this include repairing a leaking gasket?
No. Cleaning and seal replacement are different tasks requiring their own suitable scope.
Will one clean eliminate every laundry odour?
No. Product use, moisture, drainage and mechanical conditions can contribute and may need further assessment.
