Choose what may move
Inventory the furniture and obtain permission for the exact pieces to be shifted. Emptying drawers, securing loose contents and handling fragile objects should have named owners. Heavy wardrobes, pianos, fixed cabinetry and connected equipment are not assumed movable as part of a general cleaning visit. Photographs help establish whether a handling assessment is needed.
Clean the exposed area appropriately
Review the floor finish, baseboards and any visible moisture or damage when the area becomes accessible. Ordinary dust and loose household debris differ from pest evidence or contamination. Suitable tools should protect the floor and furniture feet. Wall wiping, cable handling and work beneath appliances need explicit separate boundaries.
Return a usable room
Agree whether the pieces return to marked positions or remain out for another task. Check that cables, doors and drawers are not trapped or obstructed after reinstatement. Record existing marks and newly visible concerns before they are covered again. The useful outcome is a known cleaned area and a clear handling record, not a claim that the whole room has been restored.

A few helpful answers.
Can a refrigerator be pulled out under this service?
Not automatically. Weight, utility connections and floor protection need a separate assessed appliance-access scope.
Does cleaning behind furniture include pest treatment?
No. Evidence of infestation should trigger suitable pest assessment rather than an expanded ordinary cleaning promise.
