Choose details that matter
Review fingerprints, ordinary dust, floors and bathroom or kitchen residues under the room’s real lighting. Reflective surfaces can show streaks, while delicate finishes can be damaged by overly aggressive attempts at shine. Exterior glazing, textile extraction and appliance interiors should be listed separately if they are important to the brief.
Keep the handoff practical
Agree when rooms need to be ready and how normal household use continues before the appointment. Review the selected surfaces and record anything requiring repair or specialist assessment. The result is a defined clean at a particular time, not a promise of a quicker sale, higher price or a permanently photo-ready home.
